We have been working with property companies for almost 30 years and our customers have close to £10Billion in assets under management. Primarily we deal with property owners and REITs but also large agencies as well.

Our specialist areas include: Property data management, document storage and reporting. We provide annual report numbers, risk register details, ESG systems and much more.

We have worked with a number of REITs since inception including Hibernia REIT, Warehouse REIT and in 2022 Lifesciences REIT. Prior to floation we worked with the Team setting up the technology structure and then assisting with the staff onboarding process. Once live we continue to automate and speed up working practises. This may be financial reporting, document management, staff related processes and other areas.

Recent work includes a Risk Register which is used internally for risk awareness and also externally as part of the annual report.


Pharmaceuticals require particular structures and solutions, with security and patient data being key, as well as protecting life and making sure delivery is right every time. Finance systems, document and data management are all part of our expertise.

We work with a number of finance providers to the property industry both in the UK and Ireland. Part of our work was to build a bespoke loan processing system utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the infrastructure.

Consultancy Services

Commerce Decisions advise governments on the tender process for large scale procurement. They turned to HG Technology to provide document management expertise and help with the onboard processing. We helped them to reduce the onboarding time of new appointees saving the organisation tens of thousands of pounds.
Shipleys LLP are a major player in providing financial services requirements to the film industry, we assisted them in document automation which may have helped better films to be made! It certainly sped up internal processes with some clever technology integrating systems.

Plant/Construction Industry

Inspections software:

In 2021 we started working with the construction industry providing Inspection software. The two sides of the software provides managers with access to the back end of the software, allowing them to control inspector's schedules, edit questionnaires, control users and their devices and more! Inspectors have the ability to access the software via an application on their mobile device which provides them access to their schedule, questionnaires and equipment data, just to name a few. As the software is bespoke and tailorable, questionnaires can be created for any purpose, from Health & Safety Audits to routine equipment inspections. Simply provide us with your questionnaire templates and we will replicate them on the cloud-based system.
