Our automated templates process combines Word templates with data lists to provide simple mail merge capability. This greatly reduces the time it takes to create a standard document and is ideal for client KYC processes, project initiation, staff onboarding, supplier letters and many other uses.

Contract Documents

For some customers there is a requirement for batch tracking recall and incident reporting, for others they need to know contract renewal dates. We provide a list and document system that enables this kind of functionality and then utilise traffic lights to indicate areas for action.
